Created in 2020, the Virtual Conference for Women Archaeologists and Paleontologists (VCWAP) is an international and inclusive online scientific exchange during which young international women researchers, at the forefront of current knowledge and methodologies in Archaeology and Paleontology, present their most recent work.

Many researchers around the world face variety difficulties, especially in accessing scientific events. We want to make the Virtual Conference for Young Archaeology & Palaeontology Researchers accessible (as an audience) to everyone. Therefore, all editions of the VCWAP are free and online. This year, we will have access to Gather Town, which will make the exchanges more user-friendly.
